    <p>В статье представлены сведения по исследованию влияющих факторов, в том числе, интерференции для медицинских изделий для in vitro диагностики (ИВД). Представлен обзор влияющих факторов и место интерференции среди них. Описаны источники экзогенных и эндогенных интерферентов. Представлены подходы к оценке влияния интерферентов в точках принятия клинических решений. Описаны подходы к процедурам оценки влияния интерферентов и методики приготовления растворов для исследования интерференции. Описаны дополнительные аспекты оценки влияния интерференции на результаты иммунохимических исследований и представлена формула расчета перекрестной реактивности</p>

    <p>The article presents information on the study of influencing factors, including interference for medical devices for in vitro diagnostics (IVD). An overview of the influencing factors and the place of interference among them is presented. The sources of exogenous and endogenous interference are described. Approaches to assessing the impact of interferents at clinical decision-making points are presented. Approaches to the procedures for assessing the effect of interference and methods for preparing solutions for interference research are described. Additional aspects of assessing the effect of interference on the results of immunochemical studies are described and a formula for calculating cross-reactivity is presented</p>
